Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale, without our prior written consent.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the carrier in accordance with applicable law; we remain committed to resolving any delivery issues in good faith and in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AL NOOR, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AL NOOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THAT PRODUCT.

Nothing in this section limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Lebanese law.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Noor, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.

We will notify you of any such claim; failure to promptly notify does not relieve you of your obligations unless it materially prejudices your ability to respond.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

You may not transfer or assign this agreement or any rights under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms without notice to you.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Lebanese Law No. 659/2005 or other applicable law.

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly at the email below — most issues can be resolved this way.

SECTION 22 — HEADINGS

Headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
